Library Rules & Regulations

  • Books are issued to students for a period of two weeks (15 days) But for some specific books/cases the time of span will be determined by the authority.
  • Books may be reissued if there is no demand.
  • Any Book lost damaged or defaced must be replaced by the borrower.
  • Books of special kind such as Reference Books, single copy, out of print are not issued i.e confined in the Library.
  • Only Demand slip should be dropped in the Demand Box.
  • If Library Card is lost Rs 5/- (five rupees) is to be paid for each card in the Cash Counter.
  • Borrowed books Non Transferable and should not be lent to someone else.
  • Always carry Library Card to use any section of the Library.
