- Students are required to bring their student identity cards to college on a regular basis and to produce them when required. The loss of an identity card must be reported immediately to the office, and it will be replaced upon payment of the associated fees. The card must be submitted to the college office in the event of a transfer or withdrawal from the college.
- Regular class attendance is compulsory for every student of the College for getting internal marks as per university norms.
- A student will be considered as Non-collegiate, if her/his attendance in any subject / group of subjects falls short of 75% but not below 60%. Candidates declared Non collegiate may be allowed to fill in application forms for examination on payment of requisite Non-collegiate fees.
- The Anti-ragging Cell of the college is very strong to function in every respect and students are sworn never to rag. Fortunately, no case of ragging in any form has occurred so far. After admission every student and their parents / guardians are instructed to fill up an online Anti Ragging Undertaking at the University Grant Commission (UGC) Web Portal as per the orders issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court
- For Govt Scholarship students have to follow the respective scholarship website for notification, last date of application and renewal date. College does not make any separate notification in this regard.
- All the students shall go to their classes in time without disturbing other classes.
- No student should be found loitering in the corridors.
- No student is permitted to act indecently or involve in any unruly activity with his or her fellow students.
- Students should maintain a sense of decorum at all times both inside and outside the College. Those who are found guilty of serious misconduct may invite punishment, including expulsion as permitted by regulations.
- Scribbling on walls or desks, loitering on the campus, defacing the building is reprehensible and will attract punishment.
- Students are advised to see the notice board regularly for important announcements.
- Possession of Identity Cards is compulsory within the campus, and it must be produced whenever asked for.
- Students must not entertain any outsider in the College or invite members of any student organisation without the permission of the Principal.
- Gathering on the road or at the entrance or anywhere around the College causes problems to passers-by and should be avoided.
- Cooperation of students is solicited in maintaining cleanliness of the campus.
- Students are warned NOT to indulge in Ragging. It is a serious and punishable offence.
